A vintage COBRA-style enamelled ceramic art wall tile

This vintage stoneware wall tile was purchased in Denmark and carries a striking COBRA-style artwork in high-gloss enamels on a dark burnished copper-coloured background glaze which glistens metallically in direct light. The tile measures 36 x 23cm (14 x 9 inches) and is signed on the reverse side with the initials FP or JP together with the number 767. It in excellent condition with no damage.
