Three Royal Copenhagen Fajance wall plaques with a design by Ellen Malmer produced in the late 60's or early 70's

These Royal Copenhagen faience wall plaques have a hand-painted abstract design in browns with splashes of yellow by the artist Ellen Malmer. The Royal Copenhagen marking on the reverse indicates that they were produced during the period 1969 to 1974. They are also marked with the artist's initials EM.

The plaques have a diameter of just under 15cm (a little less than 6 inches) and a depth of 4mm (about 0.2 of an inch). A hole drilled in the plaque allows it to be hung on a nail. We currently have three of these wall plaques available.
