Two Riihimaki/Riihimaen Lasi Pala glass vases by Helena Tynell

These vintage 1970s Finnish art glass vases were designed by Helena Tynell and created at the Riihimaen Lasi Oy glassworks, Finland. Entitled Pala, the vases have widths of 9cm and 10.5cm (approximately 3.5 and 4 inches) respectively, and heights of 9cm and 11.5cm (3.5 and 4.5 inches). The vases are in excellent condition and neither has any damage, most notably none of the rim chips so often seen in the Pala vases. The larger, clear glass vase still has its original Riihimaen label.
