Erik Lehmann Hansen joined Rosti of Denmark as an in-house designer in 1974 or 1975 and these are among his early designs for the company. With a diameter of 15cm and a height of 4cm, the bright red and egg-yolk yellow melamine ashtrays are large enough to be used as pet food and water bowls by non-smokers with cats and a liking for retro style. The pair are in very good shiny condition with one scratch/cut to the rim of the red one, and do not appear to have had any previous use as ashtrays. For more images please scroll down the page. |
