A 1960's/1970's Scandinavian design psychedelic op-art textile by Almedahls of Sweden

This vintage psychedelic textile measures 130 x 169cm (51 x 66.5 inches), is finished on all four borders and has a label on the reverse side indicating that it was produced by Swedish company Almedahls. Two columns of a dazzling op-art snake-like graphic design run along the length of the textile in a spectrum of browns. The fabric is a cotton/linen mix with a lightly slubbed texture and is in very good condition.
