Phister wall light (brown) designed by Hans Due for Fog & Mørup, 1970s

This Phister wall lamp was designed by Hans Due in the 1970s and produced by top Danish lighting company Fog & Mørup. Its classic 1970s brown lipstick-style ABS plastic tube can be adjusted to direct the light in any direction, the outer section which forms the shade revolving independently around 360 degrees while the inner section which holds the bulb and is fixed to the wall remains in position. Slots in the lamp's base allow it to be hung on the wall using two small nails (not supplied), or it can alternatively be used as a freestanding bedside or table lamp. The lamp retains part of its original Fog & Mørup label to the base. It has a diameter of 8.5 cm and a projection of 18.5 cm and is in excellent condition with only minimal signs of previous use. It has a European two-pin plug and takes a small Edison screw (SES) candle or golf ball bulb max 40w (not supplied).
