Classic vintage Danish midcentury modern layered pendant light 2

This classic Danish midcentury modern pendant lamp is made of pale ivory-white powder-coated steel and is virtually impossible to bend or dent. It is an exceptionally high-quality production, of a standard rarely found at the time and unavailable today. The timeless design is reminiscent of Poul Henningsen's PH 4/3, but has its own unique design features including a meshed vent and a fin at the top of the lamp ensuring that light is directed both vertically and horizontally. The lamp has a diameter of 40cm (approximately 16 inches) and was produced in Denmark by Design Light A/S. It is in excellent condition with virtually no wear – just one almost imperceptible 1cm light scuff to the rim. We currently have another almost identical lamp in stock, the only difference between them being that this one has a metal mesh section between the chrome cap and the fin and so casts a slightly more diffuse uplight.
