Pan-Opticon wall lights designed by Bent Karlby for Lyfa

As much an artwork as a lighting fixture, Bent Karlby's Pan-Opticon is one of several Pan-themed lights he designed for Lyfa in the late 1960s. We have two blue Pan-Opticons which we are offering for sale together as a pair (the price shown is for both). Measuring 60 cm long, 5 cm wide and 8 cm deep, the lights are in very good condition with minor signs of previous use. Each takes two small Edison screw fitting candle bulbs max 40w (not supplied) and are fitted with inline on/off switches and European two-pin plugs. The aluminium bulb-concealing covers can be slid up or down the tubular mount to change the intensity of the light emerging from one end versus the other.
