Golden Line 24-carat gold-plated Fog & Mørup Milieu by Jo Hammerborg

As we wrote  back in 2011 in a blog post which you can read here, Fog & Mørup's Golden Line was a mid-1970s premium offering of a small number of the company's lines in 24-carat gold-plated editions. One of the selected lines was Jo Hammerborg's multi-layered Milieu, and this is a rare example of the smaller Golden Line Milieu, with a diameter of 29 cm and a height of 19 cm. The lamp takes a standard Edison screw bulb max 75w (not supplied). It retains its original Fog & Mørup label inside the rim (see photo) and is in excellent condition with its gold-plating still intact and glossy nearly 50 years on.
