Dispatch and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within two to three business days. Expected delivery times depend on destination and the size and weight of the package, but a rough guide is one or two working days within the UK, two to five business days to the rest of Europe, two to eight business days to Canada and the United States, and three to ten business days to anywhere else in the world.

Import duty

If you are based outside the UK you may have to pay import duty and/or local taxes on your purchase. These charges are levied by most governments when an item is purchased from outside the country's customs zone and are usually collected from the purchaser by the postal service or other delivery agents before or during delivery.
