Pair of 1960s/70s German/Danish vintage planters

Offered for sale as a complementary (but not identical) pair, these vintage 1960s/1970s art pottery planters were hand-made in Germany (or possibly Denmark). Both pots have a band of rich blue glaze at mid-height, which is bordered above and below by narrower bands of near-black that dissolve outwards into splattering across the orange and red glazes that follow. One of the pots has the orange glaze at the top edge and the red at its base; in the other pot this order is reversed. The orange-top pot has a diameter of 10.5cm and a height of 10cm, while its slightly smaller sibling's dimensions are diameter 10.2cm and height 9.5cm.
