In the UK there was really only one kitchen timer in the 1960s and 1970s – the iconic Smiths Ringer. This example in red is in working order (though it tends to require a shake of encouragement to get started) and excellent cosmetic condition. It has a height of 7 cm and a maximum width of 7.8 cm.
