Chrome ball table/wall lamp Swedish 60s

Purchased in Sweden, this robust and high-quality chrome ball lamp is in excellent condition, the only thing to note being some small chips to the white paintwork on one side of its neck. Standing 18cm tall and with a head diameter of 14cm, this is on a slightly larger scale than most ball lamps of the period. The mirror chrome head is held onto the base with a strong magnet located inside the base, which allows the lamp to be rotated freely into multiple positions while remaining fixed to the base. The lamp can be used as either a table lamp or a wall lamp; a hole running through the middle of the base allows for easy wall fixing. The lamp takes a small golfball SES Edison screw bulb (not supplied) and is fitted with a European two-pin plug.
